Quotation, Reservation and Payment

If you wish to reserve your wedding date, you will need to pay a £100 reservation fee. This reserves the date of your wedding and is non-refundable. We will not reserve any date unless the reservation fee has been paid.

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. The cost of the wedding flowers, less the reservation fee, must be paid in full 30 days before the date of the wedding. Cancellation after full payment has been made will result in us deducting any costs and the reservation fee before refunding the remainder.

Flowers

Flowers are a natural product with varying quality and availability. This means we cannot guarantee specific varieties, colours and shades. We will substitute use the closest matching of the available alternatives without notice when required.

Some flowers and plants may be harmful or poisonous. Florist flowers are not food safe for any usage. Please contact us if you require further information.

Equipment loan or hire

Charges will be made for any damage or loss of supplied equipment. Equipment must be available for collection at the agreed location, time and date. Return of equipment by you requires prior agreement.

Photographs

We reserve the right to take photographs of flowers and the setting prior to the event which may be used for promotional purposes.

Delivery

We must be able to deliver the flowers and perform any venue dressing at the delivery address at the specified time on the day of the ceremony. We may charge an additional fee for access delays to cover our time. We shall not take responsibility for delays caused by an incorrect or unclear delivery address.

Complaints

Any complaints about the flowers must be made within 24 hours of delivery and must have clear photographs showing the problems. Refunds are made at our discretion.
